Excavators for rent at Luibl Rental – from mini excavator to wheel loader

We offer you compact yet powerful excavators – that is the best way to describe our construction machinery. Our mini excavators are equipped with a quick-change system, adjustable crawler undercarriage and a dozer blade. Our high-quality mini excavators and wheel loaders for rent are suitable for fast earthmoving in small spaces. In addition, our excavators are mainly used on private properties or in road and path construction. These are just some of the applications of our mini excavators for rent. Are you looking for a wheel loader, crawler excavator or mini excavator? Simply send us an enquiry and we will promptly give you the price including delivery.

Applications of our excavators

Our robust mini excavators are designed primarily for earthmoving in confined spaces. Rent a mini excavator to work efficiently in gardening and landscaping, road and path construction, and excavation work around green areas and buildings. This lets you easily dig trenches for drainage or utility lines, carry out excavation and foundation work, and excavate small areas for parking spaces, footpaths or driveways. Our mini excavators weigh approx. 1 - 2 tonnes, so they can be transported flexibly, for example on a trailer behind a car. The rental mini excavators are equipped with a monoblock swing boom (mono = one-piece), a stable boom with high load capacity. Our mini excavators offer high tearing force and high breakout force; with maximum digging depth and a robust crawler undercarriage, our construction machinery delivers in a wide range of applications.

Rent top safety equipment

All our rental mini excavators weighing 1 - 2 tonnes run on rubber tracks. The rubber tracks prevent damage to sensitive surfaces such as asphalt, screed or lawns. The mini excavators have adjustable track width and a dozer blade, which gives you not only optimum stability on site but also agile manoeuvring through narrow passages. The quick-coupler system on our excavators allows fast changes between different buckets. Depending on the project, you can rent the attachments from us as well. We put safety first, so important safety features are fitted: in the mini excavator segment we offer, depending on the type, TOPS roll bars as well as ROPS/TOPS safety cabs for rent.

Our compact crawler excavators for rent

Thanks to their very compact design, our compact crawler excavators are often simply called compact excavators. When you rent a compact crawler excavator, you get an agile machine whose tail does not swing out, or barely extends beyond the crawler undercarriage. This excavator also has a monoblock swing boom (mono = one-piece). Besides the counterweights, the crawler undercarriage and the robust dozer blade ensure greater stability. Take these factors into account when renting the excavator. Our compact crawler excavators are used, for example, in road construction and civil engineering. They weigh from 3.5 tonnes up to 5 tonnes, offer a lift height of 5 to 6 metres and an outreach of approx. 5 metres. Looking for an aerial work platform for professional installation work instead? We are happy to support your company there as well.

Where rental excavators are used

Compact crawler excavators are particularly suited to work in confined spaces, for example in civil engineering or on road construction sites. There is no risk of the excavator's tail swinging into traffic.

Our crawler excavators for rent

Thanks to their high lift height, long outreach and great digging depth, our crawler excavators are mainly used on large sites, e.g. in civil engineering or road construction. Their great digging depth makes them popular rental machines for digging building pits. Excavators are also very well suited to loading soil, gravel or rubble. With robust steel tracks and a powerful engine, the crawler excavator can be driven reliably and safely through rough terrain. Our excavator range includes versatile crawler excavators ready for rent. Our crawler excavators weigh from 8.5 tonnes up to 30 tonnes, offer a lift height of 7 to 10 metres and an outreach of 7 to 11 metres. With one of our excavators you can complete any project!

Rent excavators with the best engines

Our modern crawler excavators are suitable for any task in building construction, civil engineering and road construction. The special steel tracks on our excavators effectively protect the ground. The powerful engines meeting the EU Stage V emission standard also deliver their performance. They handle gradients of up to 35 degrees and travel speeds of max. 5 - 6 km/h. You can rent our crawler excavators with a monoblock arm or a hydraulic adjustable boom. Their compact dimensions make it easy for you to rent the excavator and put it to work. Besides the spacious safety cab, automatic climate control or heating and an ergonomic heated seat ensure comfortable working.

Which excavator do I need for my project?

While our mini excavators are rented for projects around the house and garden, our reliable compact crawler excavators and crawler excavators are very powerful in demanding earthworks. Depending on the model, our excavators are equipped with a monoblock swing boom for high load capacity or a hydraulic adjustable boom for greater flexibility. Depending on the project, our high-quality excavators provide substantial support in digging pits, levelling and grading. They are also very easy to operate.

The project requirements, such as digging narrow trenches or a pond, and the related tasks determine not only the excavator model but also the accessories required. We rent out a wide range of attachments.

The built-in quick-coupler system makes fitting attachments fast. The dozer blade stabilises the excavator while digging or is used for grading the ground. Excavators with a cab can be equipped with a radio. From an operating weight of 3.5 t, they also have a short-tail design for slewing within the machine contour. If you have questions about rental, attachments, accessories etc., please contact our customer service by e-mail or phone. We will be glad to help.

FAQ: Excavator rental

chevronDown

What size of excavator do I need?

Digging depth, reach and space conditions are decisive. Mini excavators work where access and slewing space are tight, for example in landscaping or in courtyards. For excavation and demolition on a larger scale, crawler excavators are the right class.

What is the difference between an excavator and a wheel loader?

The excavator digs with a bucket on a movable boom and works from a standing position. The wheel loader pushes and loads with its bucket and is fast over short distances. Use the excavator for digging and the wheel loader for material handling.

Which attachments are available for excavators?

In addition to digging and trenching buckets, sorting grabs, demolition hammers, plate compactor attachments and ditch cleaning buckets, among others. Attachments are calculated separately and change the operating weight - state the intended use and we will put the combination together.

Do I need a licence to drive an excavator?

To operate earthmoving machinery on company premises, instruction in line with applicable Slovak safety rules and written authorisation by the employer are required. The usual proof of qualification is a certificate of the required operator competence.

Crawler or wheeled excavator?

Crawler excavators distribute their weight better, have more stability on soft and uneven ground and are the norm in heavy earthworks. Wheeled excavators are faster between job locations and protect paved surfaces.

How does the excavator get to the site?

By our own low-loader fleet - delivered by low-loader to your site. Delivery and collection are listed separately from the machine rental and depend on distance, transport weight and access. Clarify in advance whether a low-loader can reach the set-up location.

How much does it cost to rent an excavator?

The rate depends on operating weight, attachments, rental period and transport. Daily, weekly and monthly rates are graduated; the longer the term, the lower the calculated daily rate. Included are the inspected machine, maintenance during the rental period and technical advice.

Do I have to have utility lines checked before excavation?

Yes. Before earthworks, information on existing utility lines must be obtained from the network operators, and the position of cables and pipes must be clarified. This obligation lies with the developer or the contractor, not with the rental company.
