Dual capacity up to 360 kg
The ZA20JERT-Li works with two load ranges. In the restricted working range it lifts up to 360 kg; in the full working range 250 kg are permitted. Two technicians with tools and material fit into one lift. The platform measures 2.44 × 0.91 m and rotates ±90°.
21.38 m working height and 12.10 m outreach
The platform rises to 19.38 m, which corresponds to a working height of 21.38 m. With 12.10 m horizontal outreach and an up-and-over height of 8.25 m you can work over canopies, extensions or machinery. The turntable rotates 360° continuously. The fast lowering function brings the boom straight from the highest position to the ground without retracting it first.
Emission-free lithium-ion drive
Power comes from a 48 V, 315 Ah lithium-ion battery, charged with a 48 V/60 A charger. Drive and lift functions use maintenance-free AC motors. According to the manufacturer, the battery achieves up to 2,500 charge cycles. A battery management system monitors the state of charge. There are no exhaust emissions on site and the noise level is well below that of a diesel lift. This makes the ZA20JERT-Li ideal for city centres, residential areas, halls and night work.
Rough-terrain capable and compact
Oscillating axle, 45 % gradeability and 0.40 m ground clearance bring the ZA20JERT-Li into position even on unpaved ground. Foam-filled tyres (33×12 D610) rule out punctures, and the drive speed is up to 5.2 km/h. The turning radius of 2.78 m inside and 5.49 m outside makes manoeuvring easier.

Safe operation
The lift is controlled with proportional joysticks. Standard equipment includes a load sensing system, tilt protection, automatic levelling, emergency lowering, emergency stop, crush protection, horn, all-motion alarm, self-closing entry gate, flashing beacon, an on-board diagnostic system and an LED display. On request, Luibl provides operator familiarisation in line with applicable regulations; operation requires appropriate training.
